Brickhill was approached by English Rural Housing Association to deliver this technically challenging scheme, which had an existing planning permission.
Delivering Excellence
This sloping site comprises 9 two and three bedroom houses in an attractive Surrey village. The site had significant ground works issues which during a wet winter exacerbated the problem. These issues were overcome and the scheme was delivered on budget and programme.
