Brickhill Construction builds for Brickhill Homes as well as contracting with Housing Associations to deliver affordable houses in the South East and South Midlands area.
Brickhill Construction delivers practical and cost-effective commercial contracting across a wide range of sectors including the retail motor industry.

Brickhill has a strong working relationship with a full project team including architects, engineers, planning and environmental consultants to deliver well-coordinated and design engineered schemes.
Our most recent commercial projects include:- Refurbishment of offices/canteen/kitchen/locker room/shower & WC facilities for a major food processing company.
- Refurbishment of a 15,000 sqft office building in Brackley
- Major refurbishment and fit out of a 10 car showroom and 7 bay workshop at Volvo Chiswick

Housing Association Schemes
Bidwell West Local Centre, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire – A development of 52 apartments in partnership with Hightown Housing Association.
Farmers View, Slip End, Central Bedfordshire was a development of 17 three and four bedroom homes on the edge of the village and with great views of the countryside, of which five houses were sold to Paradigm Housing.
Other housing association projects- Sherwood Drive, Bletchley - the redevelopment of a brownfield site adjacent to a railway line for Paradigm Housing. The scheme comprised 56 homes with 33 apartments and 23 three, four and five bedroom houses.
- Ambassador House, Bletchley - conversion of a four storey office building to provide 45 two bedroom flats, 15 of which were sold to The Guiness Partnership.
Brickhill Homes Schemes
Poppy Lane, Soulbury is a unique development of 10 houses with a mix of three, four and five bedroom homes in a delightful rural setting. Soulbury is a popular Buckinghamshire village and within easy reach of Leighton Buzzard railway station and within Aylesbury grammar school catchment.
Old Drovers View, Swanbourne, is a stunning, bespoke development of just four distinctive and spacious five bedroom detached homes with outstanding countryside views. Every house has been designed to offer the purchaser the very best of modern living with specifications and finishes built to an exceptional standard, offering charismatic architectural design. The external elevations offer the same luxury with brick and weather boarding beneath tiled roofs. Each home also has either a double garage or carport.
Adams Close, Buckingham is a terrace of 4 three bedroom houses on a site of a former scout hut.
Other projects- Horwood Mill, Great Horwood - an outstanding gated development of just seven characterful and spacious detached homes.
- High Road, Soulbury - a development of three luxury homes, including two spacious five bedroom, five bathroom, new build homes and a three bedroom barn conversion.
- Causley House, Harpenden - conversion of a four storey office building adjacent to Harpenden railway station, to 24 apartments in the heart of Harpenden town centre.
